Iran Launches First AI-Based Smart Platform for Exercise and Rehabilitation

June 11, 2025 – The knowledge-based company Hoosh-Tan has unveiled Iran’s first smart platform for exercise and rehabilitation, leveraging artificial intelligence to deliver home-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation services. Presented at the Iran Health Exhibition 2025 in Hall 31A, this innovative system is designed to transform access to rehabilitation and sports medicine nationwide.
The AI-driven platform provides tailored exercise programs for patients, athletes, sports clubs, and clinics, analyzing user input and self-reported assessments to offer personalized routines. Featuring a database of over 6,000 exercises for various body parts and joints, the platform uses intelligent analysis to recommend optimal movements. Users receive visual guides for correct exercise technique, and the system evaluates performance, storing all data in a personal medical record and continuously reporting progress.
A key feature is the expert oversight integrated into the platform: user data is reviewed and approved by certified physiotherapists, ensuring medical standards are maintained and bridging artificial intelligence with clinical expertise. The system is structured around four main groups: users (patients and athletes), physiotherapists and coaches, clinics and clubs, and an administrative section for management.
This technology promises to significantly reduce the cost and time required for rehabilitation services and represents a major step forward in the development of digital health solutions in Iran.
