Iranian Companies Face Human Resources Training Deficit

June 11, 2025 – A professional resume writing and job interview workshop was held at the Iran International Exhibition Center to help job seekers in the health sector improve their employment prospects. The workshop focused on the fundamentals of recruitment, professional resume development, and effective interview techniques.
A senior consultant in biomedical engineering and executive management highlighted that one of the main concerns for employers today is finding skilled and capable employees. Despite many job seekers possessing excellent abilities, they often lack the skills to present themselves effectively to employers. The workshop aimed to bridge this gap and to bring industry and academia closer together for maximum efficiency.
The consultant also noted that migration remains a major challenge, with talented professionals often seeking opportunities abroad due to feeling undervalued in their home country. He emphasized that retaining talent is even more important than recruitment, and that both job seekers and companies require targeted training.
