Judiciary Supports Health Innovators | A Green Path for Intellectual Property Registration

June 8, 2025 – The Deputy Head of the Judiciary and President of the Iranian Registry of Deeds and Properties announced the full readiness of the judiciary to support innovative companies in the health and technology sectors, emphasizing streamlined procedures for company registration and intellectual property rights.

With an enhanced capacity at the Registry of Deeds and Properties, the judiciary is set to provide a smooth and efficient pathway for company registration, particularly for those active in health and technology. Ongoing negotiations with the Ministry of Health and the Vice Presidency for Scientific, Technological and Knowledge-Based Economy Affairs aim to further simplify the processes for company formation, shareholder meetings, and organizational changes.

Intellectual property protection remains a core priority for technology producers. At the Iran Health Exhibition, the presence of the Intellectual Property Office allows companies to access both national and international consultation and registration services for patents, trademarks, and industrial designs.

Iran’s accession to the Madrid and Lisbon Conventions offers companies a unique opportunity to register their trademarks and designs globally and benefit from international protection. In alignment with this year’s national emphasis on supporting production and investment, the judiciary has introduced a support package to facilitate the legal infrastructure for innovative and knowledge-based enterprises. This presence at the exhibition demonstrates the judiciary’s commitment to synergy and collaboration with other development-oriented institutions.
