Showcasing the Strength of Iran’s Health Industry at Iran Health Exhibition 2025: Over 1,000 B2B Meetings and Senior Officials’ Visits Highlight Event

June 11, 2025 – The 26th Iran Health Exhibition, held from June 8 to 11, brought together 580 leading Iranian medical and health companies alongside 18 international pavilions with representatives from 20 countries, making it one of the region’s largest specialized health gatherings. According to the exhibition secretary, more than 1,000 B2B and expert meetings took place between domestic companies and delegations from countries such as China, Russia, Belarus, Czech Republic, UAE, Lebanon, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, and others.

Iranian companies expressed high satisfaction with the matchmaking sessions, with hopes that these interactions will lead to increased sales and exports. The international section featured 18 pavilions and welcomed 125 specialized foreign delegations.

This year’s exhibition was also marked by visits from prominent national political and scientific figures, including the government spokesperson, the Minister of Health, and notably the President, himself a physician with a strong background in health. These visits provided a unique opportunity to highlight domestic achievements to top policymakers and are expected to help address key health sector challenges.

The exhibition secretary stressed that the government remains the primary buyer of health products in Iran, and that timely procurement, regular payments, and regulatory facilitation are essential for a major leap in the industry. He also reported the return of more than 2,000 Iranian health experts from abroad in recent years, with 18 companies founded by these returnees participating in this year’s event.

Demand for participation far exceeded available space, with over 1,200 companies registering; had capacity allowed, the number could have reached 700 exhibitors. The secretary concluded by inviting private sector leaders, professional associations, knowledge-based companies, and investors to join the journey towards Iran Health Exhibition 2026, reaffirming the exhibition’s commitment to advancing the health industry’s market and global standing.
