June 9, 2025 – At the Provincial Associations Meeting held alongside the Iran Health Exhibition 2025, the Medical Equipment Specialists Association introduced a three-step empowerment initiative aimed at elevating the role of technical managers in the medical equipment sector.

The initiative, presented by Amirhossein Bahrololoumian, board member of the association, includes the implementation of refresher training courses, the development of a clear ranking system, and the establishment of a defined compensation structure for technical managers. Refresher courses, with finalized content, are set to launch both provincially and centrally in the coming months. The ranking system will clarify the pathway for technical managers to achieve higher grades, from level three to level one, with training integrated into the refresher programs.

The third step establishes a formal compensation framework for technical managers, calculated independently from standard labor regulations and directly based on their ranking. Bahrololoumian emphasized the necessity of sustainable revenue streams for provincial associations, advocating for specialized events and exhibitions as a successful model for covering operational costs.

He called for active member participation and consistent follow-up to ensure the successful implementation of these programs, expressing hope that these measures will enhance the professional status and working conditions of technical managers nationwide
