June 10, 2025 \u2013 The merger of Iran Health Exhibition and Med Exhibition\nhas significantly amplified the participation of stakeholders in the medical\nequipment, dental, laboratory, and pharmaceutical industries. Saeed Reza\nShahmoradi, Director General of Medical Equipment and Supplies at the Food and\nDrug Administration, emphasized that this integration offers greater\nopportunities for industry players and strengthens support for domestic\nmanufacturers.<\/span><\/p>

Shahmoradi, accompanied by Mohammad Mehdi Alaaleddin, Technical Deputy of\nthe same department, visited exhibition halls 38B and 31A to review the\nachievements and challenges faced by companies, including issues related to\npreferential foreign currency allocation and licensing processes. Despite the\nincrease in participating companies to 580, he highlighted the need for even\nbroader industry involvement and reiterated the organization\u2019s commitment to\nsupporting manufacturers.<\/span><\/p>

To address liquidity concerns, Shahmoradi pointed out the strategic\npurchase of high-quality domestic products by the Food and Drug Administration\nand the National Currency Saving Committee. These efforts, in cooperation with\nuniversities, aim to enhance the financial stability of companies, with product\nperformance and utilization in medical centers identified as crucial factors.<\/span><\/p>

The 26th International Exhibition of Medical, Dental, Pharmaceutical, and\nLaboratory Equipment is being held at the Tehran International Exhibition\nCenter from June 8 to 11, 2025, featuring 580 domestic and international\ncompanies across 11 halls, 45 side events, and a dedicated pavilion for\nreturning Iranian professionals.<\/span><\/p>
