Panelists emphasized that the responsibility for\ntraining technical supervisors, previously managed by the Medical Equipment\nSpecialists Association, has been transferred to the Halal Center\u2014a move widely\ncriticized for lacking sector-specific expertise<span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span><span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" dir=\"RTL\"><span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span><span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\",serif\">Ahmad Moslemi, chairman of the association, explained that while the\ntechnical supervisor role has long been established in the pharmaceutical and\nfood industries, it has only recently been formally recognized in the medical\nequipment sector. The association has provided training to over <span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span><span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" dir=\"RTL\"><span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span><span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span>20,000\n<\/span>technical supervisors nationwide, both in-person and online, but recent\npolicy changes have shifted this responsibility to the Halal Center, which is\nnot specialized in medical equipment<span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span><span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" dir=\"RTL\"><span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span><span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\",serif\">Moslemi noted that, since this transfer, training sessions have become\nrare and are perceived as lacking in quality. He criticized the previous\nadministration at the Ministry of Health for negative and unproductive\nmanagement, which exacerbated challenges for both the pharmaceutical and\nmedical equipment sectors. However, with new leadership and the appointment of\nDr. Pirsalehi as deputy, there is renewed hope for restoring the association\u2019s\ntraining responsibilities<span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span><span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span><span lang=\"AR-SA\" dir=\"RTL\"><span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span><span dir=\"RTL\"><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;text-align:justify;line-height:normal\"><span style=\",serif\">Despite these challenges, the association remains committed to supporting\ntechnical supervisors and advancing its own programs, regardless of official\ndesignation.
