Refresher courses, with finalized content, are set to launch both provincially and centrally in the coming months. The ranking system will clarify the pathway for technical managers to achieve higher grades, from level three to level one, with training integrated into the refresher programs.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif\">The third step establishes a formal compensation framework for technical managers, calculated independently from standard labor regulations and directly based on their ranking.
