June 11, 2025 \u2013 The head of the Elite\nTechnology Development Center at Pardis Technology Park (PTP) highlighted the\npivotal role of health-oriented companies in Iran\u2019s innovation ecosystem,\ncalling the Iran Health Exhibition a prime opportunity to showcase the\nachievements of knowledge-based firms in this sector.<\/span><\/p>

Within the Iran International\nInnovation District (IIID), Pardis Technology Park and the adjacent Health\nTechnology Park together host around 500 technology companies, with nearly 30\npercent active directly in the health sector\u2014including pharmaceuticals, novel\ntherapies, and advanced medical equipment. The Elite Technology Development\nCenter at PTP currently incubates around 80 companies, a quarter of which are\nhealth-focused, many having brought unique medical devices to mass production.<\/span><\/p>

This year, eight companies from the\nElite Technology Development Center participated in the Iran Health Exhibition,\npresenting the latest products\u2014some of which have achieved international\ncertification and compete in global markets. Overall, more than 2,500\ninnovative products have been developed within Pardis Technology Park, nearly\n30 percent in health, and about half of all park exports are medical or\nhealth-related, reaching numerous countries worldwide.<\/span><\/p>

The IIID\u2019s future strategy centers on\nsix strategic technology domains, with a special emphasis on the convergence of\nartificial intelligence and health. Infrastructure is being developed to\nattract and support companies working at this intersection, aiming to establish\na specialized base through investment, infrastructure, and networking.<\/span><\/p>

Events like the Iran\nHealth Exhibition are considered unique opportunities for investors and\npolicymakers to engage directly with the latest ideas and products emerging\nfrom Iran\u2019s knowledge-based youth.
