June 11, 2025 \u2013 A professional resume\nwriting and job interview workshop was held at the Iran International Exhibition\nCenter to help job seekers in the health sector improve their employment\nprospects. The workshop focused on the fundamentals of recruitment,\nprofessional resume development, and effective interview techniques.<\/span><\/p>

A senior consultant in biomedical engineering\nand executive management highlighted that one of the main concerns for\nemployers today is finding skilled and capable employees. Despite many job\nseekers possessing excellent abilities, they often lack the skills to present\nthemselves effectively to employers. The workshop aimed to bridge this gap and\nto bring industry and academia closer together for maximum efficiency.<\/span><\/p>

\n\n\n\nThe\nconsultant also noted that migration remains a major challenge, with talented\nprofessionals often seeking opportunities abroad due to feeling undervalued in\ntheir home country. He emphasized that retaining talent is even more important\nthan recruitment, and that both job seekers and companies require targeted\ntraining.
