June 11, 2025 \u2013 The knowledge-based\ncompany Hoosh-Tan has unveiled Iran\u2019s first smart platform for exercise and\nrehabilitation, leveraging artificial intelligence to deliver home-based\nphysiotherapy and rehabilitation services. Presented at the Iran Health\nExhibition 2025 in Hall 31A, this innovative system is designed to transform\naccess to rehabilitation and sports medicine nationwide.<\/span><\/p>

The AI-driven platform provides\ntailored exercise programs for patients, athletes, sports clubs, and clinics,\nanalyzing user input and self-reported assessments to offer personalized\nroutines. Featuring a database of over 6,000 exercises for various body parts\nand joints, the platform uses intelligent analysis to recommend optimal\nmovements. Users receive visual guides for correct exercise technique, and the\nsystem evaluates performance, storing all data in a personal medical record and\ncontinuously reporting progress.<\/span><\/p>

A key feature is the expert oversight\nintegrated into the platform: user data is reviewed and approved by certified\nphysiotherapists, ensuring medical standards are maintained and bridging\nartificial intelligence with clinical expertise. The system is structured\naround four main groups: users (patients and athletes), physiotherapists and\ncoaches, clinics and clubs, and an administrative section for management.<\/span><\/p>
